1. Services
We provide PC repair services and facilitate the purchase of hardware components through our website. Our services may include but are not limited to diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and installations.
2. Hardware Purchases
When purchasing hardware components through our website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer or supplier. We do not manufacture the hardware components and are not responsible for any defects, warranties, or guarantees associated with them except for that listed under 4. Warranty.
3. Payment
Payment for services and hardware purchases must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without notice.
At the moment we accept Bank Transfer only to avoid any additional fees and keep prices as low as possible.
Please note: For orders placed on items not currently in stock, a payment is required before we can order in the goods from the supplier. Please ensure to send all remittance advice to pkcomputers@protonmail.com to avoid any delay in getting special order items.
4. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our services and guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise advised. This warranty covers the labour involved in the repair or installation of hardware components. However, it does not cover defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, or un-authorised modifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PK Computers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Australia.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be effective as of the date of posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after the posting of the updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
